This arrangement can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations thereafter will be reviewed individually by the hotel.At least 14 days before arrival you should have prepaid the total amount to 100%, so that your booking does not expire. Please transfer the amount to the account mentioned (you can find this on the website in the imprint), indicating your reservation number, or give us written consent to charge your credit card.
