THE CASTLE HOTEL WITH A DIFFERENCE:
THE BEER GARDEN OPENS FROM APRIL 30 TO OCTOBER 3 .
Socializing and informal events in a typical beer garden atmosphere. Deliberately more relaxed and simpler than you are used to in the more classic Schlosshotel.
In addition to our main terrace, we want to offer you a contrast to the tried and tested: The view down to the city and the location is simply too beautiful to hide.
Our self-service beer garden invites everyone to meet up with friends, colleagues or family on warm days and balmy evenings. Enjoy an after-work beer and simple dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
We open on Fridays and Saturdays from 3 pm when the weather is fine and from 1 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
If the beer garden is closed, you will always find the information here about 24 hours in advance.
From May onwards, events such as live music, parties with a DJ or similar take place on Sundays from around 4 p.m. - after the water games.
Admission is always free - you are cordially invited.

At the end of an eventful day, a visit to the cozy hotel bar with friends and colleagues should not be missed. The world's most important exhibition of modern art, the "documenta", takes place every 5 years in Kassel and is themed in the bar.
Here you can choose from exquisite wines, freshly tapped beers, international long drinks and unusual cocktails. A flat screen can be used to broadcast popular sporting events.
