Our conference and banquet areas leave you plenty of room for effective and creative work. Our conference area includes 15 conference rooms from 22 - 600 sq. with up to 200 persons. Many of our rooms can be flexibly combined, guarantee effective work and all have daylight. Our rooms are air-conditioned and of course all have free WiFi.
With 130 comfortably furnished rooms, we offer you not only professional conference facilities and conference support, but also modern living comfort and courteous and professional service in all areas.

Checklist for the perfect conference hotel
Our hotel is located in a prime location directly in our beautiful Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the immediate vicinity is the castle with the same name as well as the Hercules with a fantastic view over Kassel. The quiet environment in the midst of extraordinary nature lets you draw strength for your conference.
YOUR WAY TO US WITH...
A 44 exit "Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe" (follow signs to Wilhelmshöhe Palace, Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park or Hercules). Parking spaces are available directly at and near the hotel!
The ICE train station Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe is only about 2 km away from the hotel.
The cab company 88111 will take you from the Wilhelmshöhe train station to the Schlosshotel at a special rate of currently only € 10,00. We recommend booking in advance by calling Fon (05 61) 88 111 and mentioning the keyword "special arrangement Schlosshotel". Cabs are also available at any time outside the station. You can recognize these cabs by the sticker 88111.
For bookings made directly through our hotel (without a hotel portal), you will automatically receive a full KVG ticket free of charge with each of our specially issued booking confirmations by mail, fax or e-mail before your arrival, which entitles you to use public transportation in the Kassel city area.
With the streetcar line 1 you can go directly from the ICE station Wilhelmshöhe or from/ to the city center to the Schlosshotel. The final stop "Wilhelmshöhe Park" is about 300m away.
The ride is free of charge for you, because your reservation confirmation is valid as a ticket (valid for direct bookings through our hotel). For bookings made directly through our hotel (without the major hotel portals), you will automatically receive a full KVG ticket free of charge with each of our specially issued booking confirmations by mail, fax or e-mail before your arrival, which entitles you to use public transportation in the city of Kassel.
If you have larger luggage or are no longer too good on foot, we would advise you to take a cab.
