Start the day comfortably with our delicious Sunday brunch at the Schlosshotel Bad Wilhelmshöhe Conference & SPA and feast as much as you like.


Every Sunday from noon - 2.30 p.m. you can enjoy a delicious cold-warm buffet at the Schlosshotel. A rich selection of light appetizers, salad, meat and fish dishes as well as a dessert buffet awaits you. To top it off, we always present a live cooking station.


(There will be no brunch on 12/24).

Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet after every overnight stay. Whether classically hearty, deliciously sweet or vital with fresh fruit and muesli - there is something for every taste.


Guests can choose their breakfast from our room service menu in the evening and have it delivered to their room at the desired time in the morning (surcharge per service 10 €).


Even if you are not an overnight guest of our house, you can start the day with our rich breakfast.


On request, we will be happy to prepare a breakfast for allergy sufferers (gluten- and lactose-free).
